We value the importance of connecting people first to God and secondly to one another. Our vision is "Loving God, Loving People."  We believe that the local church plays a significant role within the community of turning hearts to God and to one another. Therefore we have many ministries that connect hearts to God and to one another.

If you would like to join these prayer partners in lifting up concerns and praises to the Lord, we welcome your participation at church on Wednesdays at 1:00 PM.  The men meet in the Worship KidStyle room and the women meet in the Prayer Room.

This ministry exists to glorify God through the ministry of music, and to worship and lead others to worship in spirit and truth.  You will hear music that is uplifting while worshiping the Lord.

Our worship is a mix of contemporary and traditional style and is typically 15 - 20 minutes which is integrated during our message.  This is a sweet time of lifting God up in praise, expressing our love and gratitude for all He has done for us.  Focusing on Him takes our eyes off ourselves and in the process we are encouraged, refreshed and drawn closer to God.

Our goal is not to entertain, but rather to use the gifts that God has given us to promote an "entering in" to the presence of God through the Holy Spirit.

men's ministry

Led by Pastor Frank, the men's meetings and activities offer the men at Lifeway a "safe place" to come and share their needs, blessings and triumphs.  We incorporate prayer, Bible studies and fellowship to meet men's needs and build relationships.  Our goal is to help men connect with God and with each other and becoming godly men, husbands and fathers.

women's ministry

We are ONE:8 women of Lifeway Church Vista.  In coming together in service, we have a double focus: meeting the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of our women and within our community.  This ministry is designed to encourage women to grow in their faith in Christ, to develop and strengthen intimate friendships with other women, and to provide opportunities to serve and reach our community for Christ. >>MORE

youth ministry

The Journey encompasses our youth program here at Lifeway Church.  The idea that this name is founded on is not new. About 2000 years ago Jesus made a simple statement – “Follow Me”. For 12 men who became known as the apostles, an amazing Journey began. They walked with, fellowshipped with, and learned from God, in the flesh. For 11 of those 12 men, life would never be the same. Jesus challenged them to take an amazing Journey.  One of life and life more abundant. To know God and make Him known. >>MORE
